Go back to Representation for the people.

News Story: FOXNews.com – Administration Warns of ‘Command-and-Control’ Regulation Over Emissions:

Here is a novel idea…. Why doesn’t the Congress create a bill that would remove the EPA from being able to make laws without Congressional or Presidential approval. And while they are at it, bring each and every one of these agencies back into the control of the Congress‘s bills and the President’s signature. Right now they can create whatever laws they want in those agencies without worrying about either branches of government.

That’s right people, you don’t have any representation as long as these agencies are free to run without controls. The only way to change a agency law is for Congress to create a counter law that the President would have to sign or have 2/3 majority in Congress to off turn a Presidential veto. If the President does not like the laws that the agency is creating he can fire the head and install a new head that can change the laws. The problem here is that the new head of that agency must be affirmed by the Congress unless during the Congress‘s extended rest period.

Here is a link to a case that went to the Supreme Court and was ruled that Congress can not veto an agency’s laws.
