Let me guess, he will say that he didn’t vote for the bill if it passes the Senate? Too bad he already voted for it and if it passes he is to blame too. He is to blame because now it only takes 51 votes to send it to Obama. Whereas, had he voted against it to even go into debate it would have been dead! Sorry Senator, You voted yes! Yes to get it into a spot where you could look good for voting against it when it passes. Dirty trick.

I am amazed here. Yep, I am amazed that Obama has finally stated what I predicted a few weeks ago that there is a possible double-dip recession. Where we part is that he believes that government jobs will be the saving grace and I believe lower taxes on businesses and people will increase the flow of money and mean more jobs. Also, he has allowed the Fed to continue to print more money which keeps lowering the value of the dollar. This in turn is inflating the prices of the stuff you buy, yet you don’t make more. So, you work the same but get paid less because the value of the dollar is less than last year.

So what needs to happen is a lowering of taxes, more non-government job creation, and shedding of the dollar to raise the value of the dollar.

So like the title says, ” What’s worst?” The fact the Congress is trying to force feed people a trillion dollar government take over, or that this Senator does not know the Constitution he is to defend and protect?

Well that just shows that these people in Congress really do not care about the US or the government that got them there. Nope it is about them getting their way and changing the country to what they believe it should be. They don’t care about the Constitution because they have already written it off. You all should be scared to death that the Democrats have taken over the country because the Marxist now run them.

Not Concerned about Constitution

So, the White House is not concerned about if the health care bill that forces people to buy insurance is Constitutional or not!! Last time I checked the oath of office for all government elected, military service member, judge, and government employee states that they must protect and defend the Constitution. But not this White House, nope they aren’t worried if a law breaks the Constitution or not, maybe that should tell people something about the current White House.

No Court Case?

You better like having a government that can force you to buy stuff if ObamaCare passes. Never mind what the Constitution says or not, there’s no court case about forcing the public to purchase stuff. As such the Congress is and the White House will force you to buy health care insurance even if you don’t want to. They are using the Commerce Clause to defend their ability to force you to purchase health insurance. The clause itself is there to prevent states from allowing you to buy from outside of your state. The clause was created to prevent states from taxing other states for items transferred between states.

So if you think this is such a good idea, then I must ask… If they tell you that you have to but a GMC car to promote and help the new Government Motors Company… Do you feel that is right?

What I find the most confusing is that they are going to force you to buy something you might not want and have no Constitutional right to do, but they want to remove the 2nd Amendment that had been sent to court many times.

Congress Learn the Constitution!!

Here is a suggestion to our great Congress and Senate…. Learn what your authority is within the Constitution of this country. Don’t go look at other countries. Don’t think that state Constitutions are for the Federal level. Nope, read the Constitution and learn what it states.

Well a key vote is happening in the Congress today. It is a vote that will dictate how your health care will be provided to you and how much it is going to cost you. The Bauscs bill is going to be voted on and I for one hope it fails. I hope it fails because of the added taxes it will mean to the average citizen, the fact it could cost those that require the most care more in taxes, and that fact it is leading us to a country that can tell you what will happen to you.

I know, many are going to read the above and say, “Your just speaking the talking point.” Well I will rebut that you need to start to research the bill itself. The bill will raise the taxes on the average citizen in the form of lost exemptions if those that don’t make the 10% level of medical cost. This bill will slowly drive you to be put on the government health care if you are fired or your current job should choose to pay the 8% fine instead of paying for your health care insurance. Oh and if you choose to use your freedom of choice not to have health care, well that could cost you more money and even jail time for not having health care.

Just read the news stories I posted in the blog here. Heaven forbid that you need a wheelchair or a seeing eye dog and not make the 10% mark. But the last news should really get your mind wondering where the government health care will take us… Just don’t get sick because you may just become a organ store for body parts. Obama has some great people on his payroll.
