I agree with most of what Ms. Romer said here. The idea of lowering taxes has been need for some time… heck that allow would make it easier for everyone. But raising the government spending? That is already happening in the trillions and it has done what?

What can I say other than… WTF! Just what the economy needs, workers not being able to pay their bills, take care of their families and more houses being foreclosed on.

Well that is what the end results will be by cutting the employees of the state to have forced unpaid days off. The last time that this SMART governor did this I had a number of friends have to cut school shopping, barely pay their house and car payments and a few of them come really close to foreclosures.

So, why don’t the state leadership also suffer the same way he wants the workers to???
