Wouldn’t this be Treason?

So we now have a professor that is aiding and abiding people from outside of the country to enter illegally. Prof. Dominuez says that he created this GPS cell phone application to  save lives by ensuring them a good path to the US. Never mind that they are breaking laws that in the long run could place them into great harm due to criminals that will take advantage of them.

Now, there was a time that a person the helped people of other countries to illegally enter our country would be considered to be treason. So why is it that their was no mention of this professor getting arrested for something. I mean he is aiding others to break our laws and to avoid the law enforcement agents too.

Let demand the law of this country to be enforced and punish those the assist in breaking those laws.
