What in the hell do these Democrats think? Placing the terrorist into civilian court is the most dangerous things we could do! They will have access to our secrets that allowed us to capture them, giving them access to secrets that we use to gain information about them and their terrorist groups, and if we break the Miranda laws and also hold them after being found not guilty or the case is dismissed…

Well that sets a presence for the government to also break them if you are arrested. You see, that is how the law works. If the case is not dismissed because he wasn’t read his Miranda rights when the military captured him in a battlefield, his capture was illegal. So, if the court does not dismiss the case against him, then the presence that the Miranda rights are not required and you are no longer guaranteed those rights either. Then if he is not released per the Constitution stating that the government can not hold you indefinitely, and he challenges it and is still not released, well you now could be held in the same matter!

Now to address the comments of the genius Sen. Dodd…. He was in a battlefield fighting against the US! He was not robbing a local gas station in small town USA! We have never tried a combatant in a civilian court because they are not civilians! Could you think of bringing the Japanese Emperor to a NY court house after WWII? Hell no! And why not? Because he was not a US citizen, he was an enemy of the state, and we were at WAR with him! It’s like what Sen. McCain stated in the article about giving this terrorist what they wanted. And for that Sen. Dodd, Get the hell out of my Senate and go to HELL! Quit screwing up my country with your  stupidity!
