Obama may put Americans under world judges’ power
News Story: Obama may put Americans under world judges’ power.
Should the US fall under the ICC?
HELL NO!
If we fall under the ICC we will in no doubt lose our Constitutional rights. We already have judges in the US that try to use ICC laws and and ruling to justify their decisions in court. So far they have almost always been over turned. But if we become a full member of the ICC our Supreme Court will no longer be the final ruling on such cases.
So if the Supreme Court is no long the final ruling party, what is the problem?
Well the problem is that if they are no longer the final say, the ICC can use whatever laws to rule the cases. So in affect, rulings such as the DC gun ban being overturned could be reversed by the ICC. I believe this is a very real possibility as most of the ICC countries don’t believe in civilian gun ownership. You see, the ICC does not and will not make their rulings on the US Constitution, but only on the ICC laws and rules.
The last word is that if you like to have a representative form of government, then you should be very opposed to Obama even thinking about the ICC as something the US should be a member of. Because if we become a full member, you will lose it by way of ICC overturning our Constitutional Rights.
